Outside of our normal opening times Tommy's Lounge is available for private hire for you to host your own events in. Prices are subject to your requirements and we will happily provide you with a quote. These are just a few examples of what Tommy's Lounge is able to offer through our private hire. Depending on the event or occasion, Tommy's Lounge may be flexible in its trading hours to accommodate your event. Kindly note that doing so would impact on the chargeable fee.
Tommy's Lounge is a registetred safe space, as such we welcome charites, especially mental health and domestic abuse charities to approach us who require a safe space to host meetings.

Tommy's Lounges' interior is unique with the military memorabilia on the walls, make your event a talking point by hosting it at Tommys. There's nowhere else like it in Huddersfield.
From small and intimate, to open floor Tommy's is adaptable to most needs.
Capacity
Tommy's is small venue, our capacity is around 20 people. Depending on how you would like Tommy's set up for your own event would determine the number of people who can be in Tommy's at one time.
Please talk to us about your needs and we can advise on what we can do to assist you.
Kindly note, due to the age and restrictions on the building we do not have access to wheelchair users. There are a number of steps to enter Tommy's Lounge.

Food and drink to suit your needs
We offer very competitive food and drink packages if you require if for your event. With discounted drinks packages or freshly made food packages to suit your needs.
Please contact us for more information. All packages are custom made for your requirements. If you want 50 cups of coffee, its not a problem!
Kindly note, Tommy's Lounge is not a licensed venue. We are unable to serve alcohol, or let alcohol be consumed in our premises.
Terms and Conditions
Full terms and conditions will be discussed at the time of booking an event at Tommy's Lounge. Information that is relevant beforehand:
- 10% non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking.
- 50% deposit required 5 working days before the event. (refundable up-to 48 hours prior)
- Final amount paid at commencement of the event.
Food & Drink Packages:
- 10% non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking any package.
- Final amount required 5 working days before the event (to allow stock purchase). - This is non-refundable
- Depending on package chosen, all options and selections must be made 72 hours before the event unless agreed beforehand.
